Decoration timeslots for you and your party to decorate the reception space are only available the day before your event, dates can be locked in 90 days prior to event. Note: Stony Point Hall staff will be on-site for questions and assistance, we do not help with setting up of decor.

1 Hour of Free Rehearsal time. Friday only available if it is open 5 days prior to your event. Arrangements can be made any day of the week.
Night of Event

We clean up and arrange your decorations in a central location for you to pack up and retrieve the next day.
Ceremony
The wedding venue cost covers the outdoor area for wedding ceremonies and includes chair setup and removal at no extra cost. If you have more than 250 guests, some chairs must be moved indoors prior to the reception. We will provide staff to handle that, but some assistance would be appreciated! Stony Point Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 299 guests seated at 60″ round tables, with space for banquet tables and a dance floor. 500 chairs are available. If more are needed please provide them from an outside source.
